Jamie Prince founded flourish in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2009 and has spent nearly two decades in marketing and communications. She has a knack for targeted idea generation and “seeing what’s missing” in an organization’s current promotional strategy. Under her leadership, flourish has grown to a team of 15, earning more than 50 awards at the international, national, and state levels for its client work.
In 2017, Jamie was awarded the Thomas Duke Public Relations Practitioner of the Year Award by the South Carolina Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She was also honored with a 2012 Leader Award by Business Black Box magazine and was named among Greenville’s “Best and Brightest: 35 and Under.” Jamie is a graduate of both Leadership Greenville and Furman University’s CONNECTIONS: Women Leaders of the Upstate programs.
In the community, Jamie has donated more than $100,000 in time and service via flourish to various charitable organizations. Personally, she has served on the boards of directors for Greenville Women Giving, the Charity Ball Board of Greenville, Carolina Ballet Theatre, the South Carolina Public Relations Society and the FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Jamie is also an active member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church.
Jamie received her undergraduate degree from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society, and is an alumna of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
She is married to the long-time love of her life, David Prince, and is the mother to their three children, Reese (age 11), Jack and Emmy (twins, age 7).
Outside flourish, Jamie loves to read, practice her faith, and be a devoted wife and mom.
