Monique Farmer, APR, runs a PR/Communication Consultancy, Avant Solutions. She is a two decades plus communication veteran who also teaches at the University of Texas at Austin. Farmer previously served in the federal government for 12 years prior to working in corporate communications for ConAgra Foods (now ConAgra Brands), then leading communications strategy for Nebraska’s largest school district.
